The EpiPen Jr (also known as EpiPen Junior) is an auto-injector used for emergency treatment of anaphylaxis in children weighing between 15-30KG. This device is compact – which makes it very useful for storing in the practice, or on the go. Single-use, and easy-to-use, the EpiPen Jr is an excellent tool for immediate administration during a medical emergency. Please note that the EpiPen Junior is intended for emergency supportive therapy only, and you should always seek immediate emergency medical help for your patient after administration.

EpiPen state the following regarding EpiPen Jr:
“EpiPen ® Jr. is intended to be used by children with a body weight between 7.5 - 25 kg (1 stone 3 lbs - 3 stone 13 lbs). For persons weighing more than 25 kg (3 stone 13 lbs) EpiPen ® may be more appropriate for use”
