A powerful opioid analgesic used to provide relief for moderate-severe pain, Dihydrocodeine tablets are typically used when a patient’s pain isn’t responding to other painkillers or is very severe. These Dihydrocodeine tablets are often administered to patients who are recovering from very painful surgeries or recovering from physical trauma. Being an opioid analgesic and oral morphine derivative, Dihydrocodeine is a class B controlled drug (as of time of writing).
