100 sterilised, single-use 27g needles in individual packaging, these needles are rated ‘yellow’ by Septoject’s colour coding, which means they are long (0.40 x 35) and 27G. These needles have an enlarged bore, which is 43% wider than the bore of a standard needle. This helps to reduce the level of pressure required during injection, leading to less pain for the patient and easier flowing. Indicated for the routine administration of dental local anesthetics.
A larger bore means that liquid flows easier, requiring less pressure to be applied
Septoject colour-codes their gauges and lengths, for easy visual identification. Yellow in this instance is Long, 27G, 0.40 x 35
