Steroids, Prednisolone, are indicated to provide corticosteroid therapy when dissolved in water and used as a mouthwash. Prednisolone soluble tablets work by reducing inflammation, swelling and irritation in the mouth, which may speed up the healing process. Often prescribed for mouth ulcers and oral lichen planus. These tablets come in a pack of 30 and are dosed at 5 mg.
