A bulk back of 12 x 5g tubes of topical anaesthetic, LMX4 with Lidocaine 4% in a liposomal cream. Sometimes referred to as 'Lmx4 numbing cream', or 'LMX numbing cream', this topical anaesthetic provides surface anaesthetic undamaged skin before venous cannulation, venipuncture, or other procedures. Additionally, this cream provides surface anaesthetic before the administration of potentially painful topical treatments on larger surface areas of intact skin. This treatment is not for use in large quantities, and cannot be used on blistered, raw, or particularly damaged areas of skin.
This cream should be applied to intact skin at least half an hour (30 minutes) before your procedure is due.
Known side effects can include, but aren't limited to: irritation, redness, itching, or rashes.
