IPS e.max ZirCAD are innovative zirconium oxide discs. Choose IPS e.max ZirCAD when high mechanical strength, low wall thicknesses and very high esthetics are required. This material is suitable for the production of monolithic and veneered crowns and bridges for the anterior and posterior region. Due to a strength of between 850 and 1,200 MPa* and high fracture toughness, the wall thicknesses of all-ceramic restorations can be reduced to a minimum. This means more natural tooth structure can be preserved during preparation.
