These needles are sterile and come in a luerlock needle/syringe combination, ensuring that the needles are secure and tight once affixed. These needles have a flow control notched tip which allows for greater irrigation of the tooth canal, and reduces fluid pressure at the apex of the tip.
These syringes come with a leakproof, pharmaceutical-grade rubber plunger tip and should not leak. If your syringe leaks, discard it immediately.
