A pack of 250 IMS-1240 indicator strips. These indicator strips verify that steam sterilisation parameters of time and temperature have been met. To use, simply place one one in each of your autoclave's trays, cassettes or pouches. The strip's colour indication will reflect whether your autoclave reaches the correct level of sterilisation. Please retain strips for office records.
These strips have been designed to IMS-1240, 250°F-285°F (121°C-141°C).
It is generally advised that you keep records of your autoclave's validation and maintenance for at least 2 years.
