These Dip Slides have a special dehydrated media to isolate chlorine stressed bacteria as found in your Dental Unit Water Lines. 100-fold more accurate than traditional Dip Slides as they are accurate down to 1 CFU/per ml. PLEASE NOTE - each of these products will always be short-dated, with an expiry date of less than 1 year.
The pass level is equal to or less than 100 c.f.u. per ml. i.e. less than 100 dots! This is the current EU Drinking Water standard (EU Directive 98/83).
It is recommended that you check your dental unit’s water supply every 3 months, but some dental units may require more regular checks.
