A Siqveland Matrix band is a thin flexible matrix strip used to create a barrier around teeth, which helps to protect the soft tissues in the mouth and teeth from contact with restorative materials. Ideally suited for proximal teeth, which have no contact with other teeth.
These bands can be re-used after being autoclaved, yes.
Burnishing the band will help it to fit more tightly and retain the tooth's shape better.
