Corsodyl Treatment Mouthwash contains 0.2% of the active ingredient chlorhexidine digluconate. This works to kill the plaque bacteria which can irritate the gums and cause gum disease. The active ingredient, chlorhexidine digluconate, acts rapidly, to kill the bacteria that cause plaque within 30 seconds. It also forms a protective antibacterial layer over the teeth and gums to prevent plaque build up for up to 12 hours.
This mouthwash is intended for the treatment of gum disease, mouth ulcers, oral thrush, denture sore mouth & after dental surgery. It is designed to be used as a short-term solution alongside a good daily oral care routine.
Children under 12 should not use this product, unless recommended by a dentist.
