Its gel format allows precise application directly to sensitive areas, making it particularly suitable for use before or after procedures that can provoke sensitivity, including periodontal maintenance, ultrasonic scaling and whitening treatments. It can also be recommended to patients for continued targeted use at home.

Directions for use:
- Scaling/PMPR: Apply a small amount directly to areas of sensitivity a few minutes before treatment. The gel can be applied to wet tooth surfaces. Following treatment, reapply to sensitive areas as required and leave in place.
- At-home use: Apply a small amount directly to areas of sensitivity and leave in place. For best results, apply after brushing. Avoid rinsing immediately after application.
- Whitening: Apply the gel into the whitening tray or directly to the tooth surface before or after tooth whitening. Place the tray over the teeth and leave in place for 30 minutes.
