  • Knowledge and understanding of HTM 01-05 EQRs and Best Practice
  • Knowledge and understanding of The Health & Social Care Act Approved Code of Practice for the prevention of infections
  • Awareness of the audits to be completed with regards to Infection Prevention and Decontamination
  • Understands the importance of local infection control and decontamination policies and of staff awareness
