Sucrose-free sachets of sorbitol-based Amoxicillin powder for preparing Amoxicillin oral suspension, this antibiotic is a derivative of Penicillin with a wider range of antibacterial action. Amoxicillin 3g sachet dental applications include the treatment of bacterial infections, such as dental abscesses, as well as some other dental infections. Please note that amoxicillin can temporarily stain patients’ teeth, but this is removed by thorough brushing.
Amoxicillin has a range of side effects, the most common are feeling sick and nauseous, and diarrhoea. Other side effects may be more serious and should warrant contact with a doctor. Please read the product information leaflet for more information.
Amoxicillin is generally well-tolerated by patients, however, patients under certain conditions may not be able to take this antibiotic. These conditions include, but aren’t limited to:
Has recently, or will soon have vaccinations of any kind.
Have had allergic reactions to Amoxicillin before.
Have kidney or liver problems
