Designed to easily penetrate the skin, and glide smoothly during withdrawal or insertion, the Microlance hypodermic range has a broad range of needles, each fulfilling a different role you might need in the dental practice. This needle, the 27g x 13mm ‘Grey’ is a regular wall needle, less likely to flex than its thin-wall counterparts. Single-use, sterile, and individually packaged, these needles are excellent for inducing local anaesthesia.
Microlance needles decrease injection friction through three means, firstly, by grinding the needle bevel to provide 'three bevel precision', targeted needle surface polishing process, and a needle lubrication process.
Thin wall needles have a thinner cannula wall, meaning that the needle may be sharper and easier to drive in/withdraw while injecting, but also more prone to flexing.
