We would like to remind you that for your delivery to be made successfully someone must be present to receive it. Not going to be at your workplace, don't worry! You can change the delivery address via your DD account and get your parcel delivered to your home address.
We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £40.00 Next day delivery not for you? Choose from next working day, 2-day delivery or schedule your parcel for a specific day.
How do I change delivery date?
When ordering select the day you wish the delivery to arrive.
How do I track my order?
Sign into your DD account, click on "My Account" next to the Basket on the top right of the home page.
Click "Invoice History" to be shown the screen below. Add your Invoice Number and/or your dates and click search.
Click the Order you want to track.
