A cold-curing, two-paste system with multi-phase polymerisation for temporary crowns & bridges, inlays & onlays. This system has short working and setting times, and demonstrates extremely high flexural and compressive strengths, which allows it to create more durable constructions. MMA-free and with a neutral taste and odour, this temporary construction system has great polishability and aesthetics.
Low shrinkage and low heat development during polymerisation aiding patient comfort and acceptability.
Tri-phase polymerisation:
1st Phase - Less than 60 seconds setting time in the mouth the material reaches elastic consistency so that the temporary piece can be removed.
2nd Phase - Polymerisation reaches 50 MPa.
3rd Phase - Material reaches final strength of >200 MPa. After 3 minutes the material has set completely.
