This course must be booked alongside a full training session or 3 1-hour sessions can be booked to create a mini CPD session.

This training is carried out by one of DD's qualified instructors within your own practice environment.

Training Aim

To provide an information and raise awareness of the basic principles of Health & Safety in the workplace.

Training Outcomes

• Highlight “Employer” and “Employee” duties in relation to Health and Safety
• Ability to identify current Health and Safety risks faced within the healthcare sector
• Ability to manage and highlight appropriate risk management systems within the dental practice
• Reinforce existing knowledge and highlight best practice in Health and Safety risk management

Learning Content

This training session is intended to create an understanding and raise awareness of the basic principles of Health & Safety and how to apply these within the dental practice to reduce associated Health & Safety risks.
